Who doesn’t like a bit of a give-away? No-one, that’s who!
The Time Machine Series is a collection of sounds totaling almost 3gb in size (371 sound files) that have been gathered or created over the years. Being the unorganized fiend the primary recordist was (until recently), these sounds sat around gathering digital dust waiting to be brushed off to reveal the glittering glory underneath.
Here’s the low down: Each sound or soundscape was originally recorded in beautiful 24bit 96kHz glory (or higher), but due to the project requirements of the time – we’re talking from 18 years ago – some of these juicy sound files were mixed down into the required bit and depth of an era long past (CD or DVD). However, there are some absolutely cracking recordings inside. We have some beautiful Malaysian beaches and rivers, low flying military and civilian aircraft and even UI elements that might just be what you are looking for in your next project.
